The CGNW50Y RINSER-FILLER-CAPPER MONOBLOC is a state-of-the-art machine designed for high-speed beverage production, capable of processing up to 20,000 bottles per hour. This advanced system integrates a bottle rinser, filler, and capper into a single unit, optimizing efficiency and space in production lines. The bottle rinser utilizes a rotary design, ensuring thorough rinsing of beverage and mineral water bottles. New bottles are smoothly fed into the machine, where they are securely clamped and inverted to ensure complete rinsing. After rinsing, bottles are returned to an upright position and transferred to the filler.

The filler boasts mechanical filling valves that provide precise and rapid filling, ensuring high accuracy for each bottle. It features a double stem centering guide and a lifting cylinder with a bottle neck gripping structure, enhancing operational efficiency. The main structure and all media contact parts are constructed from stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygiene.
