Description

The automatic chocolate moulding line from YINRICH is a state-of-the-art solution designed for efficient chocolate production. This advanced system features image recognition technology for detecting dirty moulds, ensuring optimal cleanliness and productivity. The line includes functionalities such as dirty mould removal, empty mould supplementation, mould heating, chocolate depositing, and a cooling tunnel for finished product output.

Engineered for maximum efficiency, the cooling tunnel boasts an elevating design with an effective cooling length of 10 meters, accommodating up to 18 mould layers. Each layer can rise and descend in cycles of 10 pieces, ensuring adequate cooling time for the chocolate. The cooling air duct is segmented into four distinct zones, allowing for independent regulation of air quantity and wind speed, as well as adjustable cooling water volume to maintain different temperatures across zones. An axial flow fan circulates cold air effectively throughout the machine.

The moulds are designed for gap movement on a chain conveyor, facilitating orientated depositing. Additionally, the PU conveyor is adjustable and easy to clean, enhancing usability and maintenance. The chocolate moulds are transported via a 1-inch chain delivery system, which includes a synchronization device to ensure smooth operation of the templates.
