Since 1991, HPE has undertaken many combined cycle power projects as the EPC Contractor, such as Kotri Combined Cycle Power Plant, Faisalabad Combined Cycle Power Plant and UCH Combine Cycle Power Plant in Pakistan; Tonggi Power Plant and Sylhet Combined Cycle Power Plant in Bangladesh; EL Garri Combined Cycle Power Plant in Sudan.
