COMPREHENSIVE DRILLING INTELLIGENT SYSTEM UNISON

Unison is the latest driller’s control system designed and developed by Honghua Electric. The system is equipped with Unison driller’s chair and standard equipment control program module, and integrates Honghua’s various automatic intelligent software products, which provides a strong guarantee for safe and efficient operations.

The system adopts a new generation of driller’s chair and four displays to ensure continuous and redundant operations. The clear operation screen is designed according to the actual drilling process to facilitate driller’s operating procedure. Unison offers an operation platform that integrates multiple intelligent systems: integrated auto-bit; anti-stick-slip vibration system (antiStickSlip); sliding drilling control system (SlidePilot); ZMS regional management system, etc.
