The HZS Series Concrete Mixing Plant, available in models HZS60, HZS90, HZS120, and HZS180, is designed for high-efficiency concrete production. The plant is equipped with an Italy SICOMA double lying shaft mixing body, which significantly enhances production efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality.
This concrete mixing plant features a comprehensive range of components, including aggregate feeding machines, a tilted belt conveyor, a mixing tower, aggregate buffer silos, and precise weighing apparatuses for both cement and liquids. The entire mixing process occurs in a closed environment, equipped with a dust collecting device to ensure minimal pollution and compliance with environmental standards. The HZS60 and HZS90 models have theoretical production capacities of 60m3/h and 90m3/h, respectively, while the HZS120 and HZS180 models can produce 120m3/h and 180m3/h respectively.
