The design includes a winnowing board and a supporting ring that stabilizes the barrel body, allowing for smooth operation without axial sliding. The cooling machine effectively reduces the temperature of clinker from between 1000-1300°C to below 200°C, thereby enhancing the quality and grinding properties of the clinker.
This single-barrel cooler promotes an efficient cooling process by repeatedly raising and evenly scattering the clinker while facilitating strong heat exchange with cooling air.
