The HP-876 Cup Anemometer is a state-of-the-art wind speed tester designed for both professional and personal use. Featuring a unique wind cup type design, this digital anemometer operates independently of wind direction, thanks to its horizontally rotating wind turbine shells. This ensures accurate readings without the need to orient the device towards the wind.
With its multifunctional capabilities, the HP-876 displays wind speed in various units including Beaufort, knots, meters per second (m/s), kilometers per hour (km/h), and miles per hour (mph). It tracks the current, maximum, and average wind speeds, with a measurement range of 0.7 to 42.0 m/s. A built-in compass on top of the device allows users to easily identify wind direction.
The anemometer is equipped with a large 1.6-inch LCD screen that provides clear visibility of readings, even in low-light conditions. Designed for portability, it features a compact size of 5.6 x 2.4 x 1.5 inches, making it easy to carry while flying, surfing, or shooting.
