Additional Information
The tungsten tubes are available in two types:
- Type 1: Diameter 8-70 mm, wall thickness >3 mm, maximum length 300 mm, density ≥18.8 g/cm³.
- Type 2: Diameter 70-500 mm, wall thickness >8 mm, maximum length 700 mm, density ≥18.3 g/cm³.
Tungsten tubes contribute stability to the hot zone, and their high thermal inertia helps prolong the growth cycle of sapphire crystals. Please note that while rolled tungsten tubes with a maximum wall thickness of 2 mm exhibit low thermal inertia, they do not provide the same reliability and durability as traditional tungsten tubes.
