Description
Deep Groove Ball Bearing (ZrO2) is an advanced bearing solution designed for high-performance applications. These full ceramic ball bearings are crafted from zirconium dioxide (ZrO2), ensuring exceptional durability and reliability. Available in configurations with or without cages, they feature options for PTFE, PEEK, or 316 stainless steel cages. The ZrO2 bearings are non-magnetic and non-conductive, making them ideal for environments where magnetic interference is a concern.
These bearings exhibit remarkable corrosion resistance to most chemicals, although they are not suitable for prolonged exposure to steam. Full complement bearings and those with 316 stainless steel cages can withstand temperatures up to 400°C, while those with PEEK or PTFE cages can handle temperatures up to 250°C. For extreme cold conditions below -70°C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are recommended. The standard radial clearance for these bearings is C0, but custom clearances are available upon request.
