The working principle of the electric kettle is that the steam generated when the water boils causes the bimetal sheet of the steam temperature sensing element to deform, which drives the power switch to cut off power through the lever principle. It can’t be reset automatically when the power is off, so the kettle won’t be reheated automatically after the power is off.
