The Electronic Device for Electric Pumps Control is a groundbreaking solution designed to automate the operation of single-phase electric pumps, including surface, vertical, and submersible types, with a capacity of up to 2HP. This innovative device fully replaces traditional water systems that rely on pressure switches and tanks.
It intelligently starts the pump when a drop in pressure is detected (such as when taps are opened) and stops it when the maximum pressure is reached (when taps are closed). To prevent unnecessary frequent starts and stops due to minor water demands or leaks, the device features a small integrated 0.4-liter water tank. The replaceable BUTYL bladder of the pressure tank and adjustable pre-charge pressure (factory set at 1.5 bar) further enhance its functionality.
Additionally, it boasts an integrated pressure gauge, protection against dry running and water hammering, and adjustable starting pressure. This device is versatile in installation, accommodating both vertical and horizontal positions. Its electronic board is secured in a waterproof compartment, safeguarded with a protective conformal coating against condensation.
