The Xinnuo automatic EPS sandwich roof and wall panel roll forming machine is a cutting-edge solution for the efficient production of sandwich panels. Its production capacity varies between 2m/min to 4.5m/min depending on the adhesive used, while the machine itself has a total power requirement of approximately 30KW. Built to last, the entire production line measures about 35,000mm in length, 2,500mm in width, and 2,600mm in height, with a total weight of 25 tons.

Key processes include composite decoiling, roll forming, and laminating systems, along with a cutting system and runout table, ensuring a streamlined production workflow.

Terms of Payment: 30% of the total contract value paid by T/T as down payment, the rest 70% to be paid after inspection by the buyer in the seller’s factory before delivery.

Delivery: 60 days after receipt of advance payment.

Service: Technician will be sent to your location for installation. The buyer is responsible for all costs including visa, roundtrip tickets, accommodation, and a daily salary of $60.

Warranty: 12 months limited warranty. Parts are free during warranty; however, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
