The EPS Sandwich Panel Production Line is a state-of-the-art manufacturing solution designed for producing high-quality sandwich panels using EPS, rock wool, and glass silk floss. With a production capacity of up to 4.5 meters per minute, the line is designed for high-speed operation, while the PLC control system guarantees ease of use and operational stability.

Key features of this production line include adjustable plate thickness ranging from 0.3 to 0.8 mm and core thickness options from 20 to 300 mm, allowing for versatile panel production tailored to various construction needs. The entire system is compact with dimensions of approximately 35,000 mm in length, 2,500 mm in width, and 2,600 mm in height, weighing around 25 tons.

Additional Information

Terms of Payment: 30% of the total contract value paid by T/T as down payment, the remaining 70% to be paid by T/T after inspection by the buyer in the seller’s factory before delivery.

Delivery: 60 days after receipt of advance payment.

Service: A technician will be sent to your location for machine setup. The buyer is responsible for all costs, including visa, roundtrip tickets, suitable accommodation, and a daily salary of $60.

Warranty: 12 months limited warranty. During the warranty period, parts are free, but the buyer pays for shipping costs.
