ExdⅡB T4 grade compact explosion proof electric actuator/quarter turn/IP68
Inquire NowDescription
The ExdⅡB T4 grade compact explosion proof electric actuator is engineered for reliable performance in hazardous environments, making it ideal for applications in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, power plants, liquid gas, wineries, and metallurgy. This actuator features a quarter-turn operation with mechanical limits, ensuring precise control in explosive atmospheres.
Designed to meet stringent safety standards, it boasts an ExdIIBT4 and Group C, D T4 grade classification, allowing use in 90% of explosive gas atmospheres except for coal mining. The actuator is equipped with a double lip skeleton oil seal and O-ring to maintain IP68 protection, safeguarding it against dust and water ingress. Its hard die-cast aluminum alloy enclosure ensures durability against high explosion pressures exceeding 2.2 MPa.
With a maximum surface temperature of less than 135℃ (300.6°F), this actuator operates efficiently even under severe conditions. It also features a valve position indicator with a high-strength glass lens, capable of withstanding extreme temperatures. The actuator is currently undergoing CSA certification, further enhancing its reliability and safety credentials.
