Usage:
- Select the appropriate length of protective paper tube and thermocouple lance based on the measurement scope.
- Attach the fast thermocouple to the lance and calibrate the secondary instrument to zero before measuring.
- Insert the fast thermocouple into molten steel at a depth of 300-400mm, avoiding contact with the furnace wall. Limit exposure to less than 5 seconds.
- Replace the used thermocouple with a new one after each measurement, allowing a few minutes for preparation.
Transport and Storage:
Handle with care during assembly and transportation. Keep the products dry and store them in cases in environments with relative humidity under 80%. Ensure proper airflow and avoid harmful gases that may cause corrosion.
