The Explosion Proof Transformer KBSGZY-50～6300/6-10 is specifically designed for use in underground coal mines where explosive gas mixtures of methane and coal dust are prevalent. This robust and versatile movable substation operates at a rated frequency of 50/60Hz and supports primary voltages of either 10kV or 6kV. It is engineered to supply power to various driven machines and power devices, ensuring optimal performance in challenging environments.
Equipped with comprehensive protection mechanisms, this transformer safeguards against short circuits, overloads, electric leakage, overvoltage, and low voltage conditions. It features an electric interlocking system between the high voltage switch and low voltage switch, as well as with the power distribution unit at the next higher level. Additionally, the high voltage switch is designed with an open electric interlocking function, while the movable substation is equipped with an over-temperature alarm for enhanced safety.
