The Face Mask Machine is a fully automatic solution designed for efficient mask production. This innovative machine consists of a body machine and an ear-connecting machine, working in tandem to streamline the manufacturing process. After the machine outputs the mask body, a conveyor belt structure seamlessly flips the mask components, allowing for the connection of ear loops. The masks are then conveyed to the welding station, where they are completed and ready for use. Equipped with a PLC and touch screen control, the machine features a single-phase motor transmission for the main conveyor belt and a stepping motor for accurate flipping, ensuring stable operation and adjustable speed for enhanced productivity.
