Description

The Face Mask Machine is a fully automatic solution designed for efficient production of face masks. This sophisticated equipment comprises a body machine and an ear-attachment machine, working in tandem to streamline the mask-making process.

After the machine outputs the mask body, the conveyor belt structure facilitates the flipping of the mask body, enabling seamless connection to the ear loops. The mask moves along the conveyor belt to the ear-attachment machine, where the ear pieces are applied. Finally, the completed masks are delivered through a cylinder onto the mask ear machine disc, ensuring a rapid and precise production cycle.

This machine features advanced PLC and touch screen control for user-friendly operation. The main conveyor belt is powered by a single-phase motor, with a stepping motor for accurate turnover, providing stable control and adjustable speed to meet varying production demands.
