Equipped with three German gauges and a safety valve, this machine provides enhanced protection and stability through rigorous water pressure and steam testing. The steam system features three ball valves and a large steam valve, which together save up to 20% steam while maintaining ISO-standard butterfly valves for improved stability and life span.

The control system utilizes a Mitsubishi PLC and Schneider touch screen for seamless operation. A material level sensor ensures precise filling control, while foam pressure sensors manage the cooling process, making the entire operation automatic. Its vertical frame design occupies less space and offers excellent drainage performance, effectively reducing the moisture content of the produced blocks.
