Flame Resistant Conveyor Belt
Inquire NowDescription
The Flame Resistant Conveyor Belt is specifically designed for conveying materials in underground coalmines, ensuring safety and efficiency in harsh working environments. This product is available in two types: PVC and PVG. The PVC type features both top and bottom covers made from durable PVC rubber, with a coating thickness of ≥0.8mm and an inclination angle of less than 16°. In contrast, the PVG type incorporates rubber blends PVC for its covers, offering a thickness range of 1.5 to 4.5mm and a slope angle capability of less than 20°.
This conveyor belt boasts exceptional flame resistance and anti-static properties, meeting the stringent requirements of MT914-2008. Crafted with high-strength, low-elongation polyester filament in the warp and moderate-modulus nylon filament in the weft, it provides numerous advantages, including:
- High strength
- Low elongation
- Light carcass
- Separation-free layers
- Shock resistance
- Anti-tear properties
- Good troughability
The PVG type further enhances performance with rubber covers that improve troughability, wetness resistance, slip resistance, low-temperature stability, elongation, and overall wear resistance. This advancement not only allows for steeper conveying angles but also extends the lifespan of the belt.
