FLY ASH GRADING SYSTEM
Inquire NowDescription
FLY ASH GRADING SYSTEM is an essential solution for the efficient handling of fly ash in power stations. This innovative system not only optimizes space for fly ash storage but also enhances profitability through the recycling of fly ash. By grading fly ash to various fineness levels, it allows for targeted usage across different industries, maximizing its potential.
The fly ash grading system operates as a closed-circuit circulation system. Crude fly ash is conveyed from the crude silo into a negative pressure conveying pipe via an electric lock device (VVVF). In this process, the fly ash is mixed with air to form a gas-solid two-phase flow, which is then drawn into the grading system by a high-pressure sucking centrifugal blower for precise grading and separation. Larger particles of fly ash are directed into the crude ash storage silo, while finer ash particles enter a two-stage cyclone separator for efficient separation. The separated fine ash is then stored in a designated fine ash silo, ensuring optimal handling and storage. Additionally, part of the airflow containing minimal ash powder is recirculated for further separation, while the remaining air is purified through a silo dust collector before returning to the crude fly ash silo.
