SJ Petroleum Machinery Co. (short for SJ) is a famous manufacture base of petroleum drilling and production equipment in the world.SJ manufactures various models of workover rig, drilling rig, cementing unit, fracturing unit, offshore drilling and production unit, and high pressure fluid control products. It has established domestic and international leading research capability and comparative advantages based on the design and manufacturing technologies since 1980s and our continuous innovations for over 20 years, and has formed complete product line of fracturing package.

The fracturing and acidizing operation is one of key measures for production stimulation. The fracturing operation is to inject high pressure fluid into down-hole formation to boost flowability of oil or gas. It is an effective way to enhance oil/gas production. After twenty years of development, SJ has engineered and manufactured series of fracturing package and unitized test units. Now we can annually produce 100 sets of fracturing equipment. We can offer series of fracturing packages and unitized equipment according to different process requirements for regular land/offshore oil/gas fields and non-regular oil/gas fields.

压裂、酸化施工作业是改造油气藏的重要手段之一。压裂施工是通过注入高压流体使井底地层形成具有足够大小的填砂裂缝，以增加油气的流动性，提高油气井采收率的一种行之有效的方法。第四石油机械厂经过二十多年的发展，在成功开发出系列柱塞泵的基础上，研制出系列成套压裂装备以及配套试验装置，形成年产100台成套压裂装备的生产能力。成套压裂装备可以根据陆地常规油气、海洋油气及非常规油气的工艺要求进行系列配置，并可以进行压裂施工作业其它辅助装备的配套。
