Designed with the special FILRUISON filter medium, it boasts an internal mechanism that changes continuously, ensuring superb dust capacity and optimal filtration efficiency. The stable pleat formation prevents wrinkles from deforming or bonding, even under harsh conditions, while the top polyurethane sealing ring guarantees a reliable fit with the housing for enhanced sealing.

This filter element is engineered for longevity, providing a low pressure drop during operation and remarkable durability. It features a three-stage filtration process:

• 1st Stage: Separation – Separates water and solids larger than 30 microns using gravity and centrifugal force, allowing them to decant to the bottom of the transparent collector bowl.
• 2nd Stage: Coalescing – Smaller water droplets condense on the filter’s inner walls and surface, gaining weight to decant into the collector bowl.
• 3rd Stage: Filtration – Employs water-repelling media to capture residual water and solid contaminants ranging from 10 to 30 microns.
