This convection oven boasts a capacity of 46,000 BTUs per oven and includes a broil function and steam injection for humidity control during the cooking process. The two-speed fan features an adjustable cool down mode, while five nickel-plated oven racks on a 13-position rack guide provide flexibility in cooking. Safety is prioritized with a door interlock switch that automatically turns the fan and burner off when doors are opened, and an electronic spark ignition system with automatic pilot and safety shut-off.
