The working surface boasts high hardness and exceptional wear resistance, reducing maintenance frequency and associated costs. With a remarkable service life that is double that of traditional materials, this table liner allows for a grinding depth of less than 45mm. It can also be utilized in reverse, further minimizing maintenance time and expenses.

Constructed primarily from high chromium cast iron, the internal material can be repaired through surfacing during the wear phase, thus avoiding the need for purchasing new rollers and helping to cut down on procurement costs. The ceramic wear-resistant layer extends to the edges of the wear-resistant parts, effectively breaking through conventional limitations and enhancing the overall service life.
