GI/GL-Galvanized/ Galvalume line
Inquire NowDescription
The GI/GL-Galvanized/Galvalume line is an advanced production system designed to provide high-quality galvanized steel products. Utilizing the United States Steel Hot-dip Galvanizing process, this line ensures that the steel is indirectly heated using full-radiation pipes for optimal coating quality. The innovative cooling system employs protection gas cycling jetting, allowing for rapid and uniform cooling of the strip, which guarantees the ideal temperature before entering the zinc pot. Real-time monitoring of cladding weight is achieved through a sophisticated thickness gauge, ensuring precise adjustments to the air knife for consistent product quality. This line features a motorized air knife with frequency speed regulation, providing the capability to maintain even cladding thickness and superior surface finish.
