GYDCG-UBCH2 2 channels DC Insulation Monitoring Device for EV charging pile

Inquire Now

Description

The GYDCG-UBCH2 is an advanced 2-channel DC Insulation Monitoring Device specifically designed for EV charging piles. This innovative device continuously monitors the insulation resistance of both the positive and negative poles of the DC floating system to the ground. It allows for simultaneous monitoring of two independent channels without interference, enabling users to start or stop insulation monitoring and acquire real-time resistance values via RS485 communication.

Upon activation, the GYDCG-UBCH2 provides continuous, real-time monitoring of insulation resistance and DC voltage. Users can easily check the current insulation resistance value at any time, and if the device is powered down, it ensures complete isolation from DC and earth by disconnecting the high-voltage switch.

Features

  • LED display for easy reading
  • RS485 Modbus communication for seamless integration
  • Compatible with 36mm din rail mounting or screw installation
  • Monitors insulation resistance of the DC circuit bus bar to earth
  • Utilizes bridge balance method for accurate resistance measurement
  • Wide DC insulation monitoring range of 0-1000V
  • Adaptive capacitance to ground for enhanced performance
  • Simple device setting via DIP switch
