H-beam assembling machine、H-beam flange straightening machine

General description

The clarmping and aligrment of web plate and flange plale will be dane in this machine. there also have automatic tack – welding. The

machine consists of alignment system. conveyor rolls, hydraulic and electrical system, etc. Upper pinch roller adopts two or four groups of rails

which will ensure stable assembling and easy operation.

This machine is mainly used for the angle distortion straightening of heavy H-beam. it adopts hydraulic straightening which will have strong

straightening force and large straightening range and with high working efficiency and good quality.
