We provide three main types of track groups tailored for different applications: the dry type, sealed & greased type, and sealed & lubricated type. While the dry type is becoming less common, the sealed and greased type is favored for excavators due to its extended wear life. The sealed and lubricated type is increasingly popular for dozers, offering a service life improvement of 30%-50% over the greased type. Each track group consists of critical components such as track shoes, track links, pins, and bushings, which are essential for longevity. We utilize advanced machining processes to ensure precision tolerances for a perfect fit, complemented by induction hardening on the rail surfaces of links for superior wear and fatigue resistance.
Customized track groups with PPR structure can be supplied upon request, featuring various designs of track shoes.
