The High Precision CNC Lathe CK6150 is engineered for exceptional performance and precision in machining. Constructed with a robust grey cast iron braced machine bed, this lathe features an elaborate spindle bearing system and inductively hardened bed guideways, ensuring durability and longevity. Its dovetail slot lathe carriage is also inductively hardened for enhanced strength. The machine is compatible with various controlling systems, including GSK, KND, Siemens 808D, and Fanuc, allowing for flexible operation.

Equipped with ball leadscrews driven by servo motors, the CK6150 offers both longitudinal and cross feeds, with options for vertical or horizontal 4-station or 6-station tool posts, or gang tools. The precision of the tool post is maintained through precision contrite gears, providing high repeated positioning accuracy. Additionally, the lathe supports both hydraulic and manual chuck and tailstock types, making it versatile for various machining tasks.
