The Hybrid Coiled Tubing Drilling Rig HH CTR120/300 is a state-of-the-art drilling solution that integrates the efficiency of conventional drilling rigs with the advanced capabilities of coiled tubing operations. This innovative rig offers the versatility to use both coiled tubing and traditional jointed drill pipes, making it ideal for diverse drilling applications. With a maximum hook load of 135 tons and a robust hydraulic power-driven injection head, this rig is engineered for exceptional performance.

Designed for high efficiency, the rig boasts a maximum lifting capacity of 54 tons and a snubbing capacity of 27 tons. Its coiled tubing can achieve a maximum tripping speed of 48 m/min and is capable of drilling depths up to 2,000 meters with 3-1/2″ coiled tubing. The HH CTR120/300 is outfitted with advanced features such as a power swivel, iron roughneck, hydraulic slip, and a mechanical handling unit, all enhancing automation at the wellhead and reducing labor intensity for operators. The entire setup is conveniently mounted on three large trailers, ensuring excellent mobility and adaptability for exploration and development of shallow reservoirs.
