With a vertical servo turret that replaces traditional electrical turrets, the machine boasts decreased failure rates and increased reliability. Its robust bed design improves rigidity, while the high-precision integrated spindle facilitates high-precision cutting and quick maintenance. Featuring imported guideways and ball screws, the I5T achieves a remarkable repeatability of 0.006 mm and a rapid traverse of up to 30 m/min.
On the other hand, the I5M series is specifically engineered as a high-speed drilling and tapping center suited for the consumer electronics industry, including mobile phone and tablet PC manufacturing. This model efficiently handles small metal parts such as shells, frames, and key buttons. With an integrated spindle speed reaching 20,000 rpm, the lightweight column structure and cross-type slide design enable a compact layout, perfect for shop floors with limited space. The direct drive of the servo motor ensures high positioning precision.
