Description

Introducing an innovative industrial preparation technology for ultra-fine high purity electrocast zirconia. This advanced process enables the production of zirconia (ZrO2) with a purity of ≥99.0% and a fineness of D50 between 2 to 3 μm. This remarkable achievement not only broadens the application range of zirconia but also reduces costs for downstream enterprises by replacing certain zirconia products manufactured through traditional chemical methods. As a result, it enhances the overall value of the industrial chain. This technology has been recognized with the Anhui Scientific and Technological Research Achievement Prize and the 2nd prize for Scientific and Technological Progress by the Chinese Building Material Industrial Association and the Chinese Ceramic Society.
