The Ironworker is a versatile and powerful machine designed for a variety of metalworking tasks. Featuring a single sliding block structure driven by an oil cylinder, it boasts six standard working stations capable of performing multiple operations including punching, bending, shearing of round and square steel, and flat steel shearing. With additional accessories, it can extend its capabilities to channel steel shearing, round pipe cutting, and pipe bending.
Engineered for high precision and efficiency, the Ironworker’s design includes a polyurethane pressing and unloading device, which enhances the smoothness of operations and prolongs the lifespan of the die. Its robust crank and rocker mechanism enables reliable reciprocating movement, while the unique dovetail slot quick die change interface provides exceptional functionality and adaptability for various tasks.
