1. Anhui Jianghuai Yinlian Heavy Duty Construction Machine Co.,Ltd, hereafter called “JAC Heavy Duty”, is a subsidiary of Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co., Ltd ( JAC Group Company), which is a large scale automobile company group in China. JAC Heavy Duty specialized in research, development and production of counter balanced forklift truck, electric tractor, is the leading manufacturer of industrial material handling vehicles and warehousing trucks. As the predecessor of the company, Hefei Mining Machinery Co., Ltd was the only company who owned two gold medals of product and had been a researcher and manufacturer of construction machinery for over forty years, hailed as Cradle of Chinese Construction Machinery.

2. JAC Heavy Duty has more than 400 employees and covers an area of 135,000 square meters today with a building area of 50,000 square meters and annual production capability 20,000 units forklift trucks. JAC Heavy Duty has complete production lines (blanking, welding, coating and assembly) and 550 sets of manufacturing and testing equipment, including Toshiba NC machining center, CNC flame cutting machine, laser cutting machine and plasma cutting machine, welding robot, shot blasting machine, automatic painting line, mast assembly line, general assembly line and other 100 sets high precise facilities. In addition to this, JAC Heavy Duty has trilinear–coordinate measuring instrument, engine test bed, mast test bed, hydraulic complex test bed, Speedometer tester, brake tester, standard testing ground and other dedicated testing instruments and facilities.

Since the company established, JAC Heavy Duty persists the value “Customer-Orient Operation; Quality-driven Performance; Down-to-earth Approach”, the mission “Create Customer Value; Guard Employee Welfare; Contribute to Mother Country”. It has been reinforcing the consciousness “Quality First” and quality culture “emphasizing quality and the execution”, which ensures that product quality roots from employees’ consciousness. JAC Heavy Duty takes “product seriation, humanized operation, system automation, Energy conservation and environmental protection” as its product development direction with its products covering 5 categories, 12 series, 38 platforms, 110 varieties, including 1-18 ton diesel forklift, 1-5 ton electric forklift, 1-25 ton electric tractor, 1-2 ton reach truck, 2-4.5 ton all-terrain forklift, electric pallet truck, electric stacker, platform truck, LPG/LNG forklift. The current working devices covers all kinds of lifting height. JAC Heavy Duty has more than 100 patents, including 5 invention patents. It gains approval and praise from users and National Construction Machinery Quality Supervision Test Center regarding product performance. Meanwhile, JAC Heavy Duty independently develops and produces key parts like transmission, axle and engine by itself, making full use of the advantage of spare parts production of JAC Group. JAC Heavy Duty has become the only forklift manufacturer in China who develops and manufactures high quality engine by itself. The “H series Diesel Forklift” gains “yearly most popular forklift” by Construction Machinery Association; “J series Diesel Forklift”, “J series Electric Forklift” and “High-speed off-road forklift” wins “Anhui New & Advanced Products”.
