Packing and Shipping: The machine is shipped as a complete unit with auto loading and offloading equipment, requiring two 40HQ containers. Without the automatic pipe loading unit, it requires one 40HQ container.
Standard Warranty: One year for the entire machine, excluding consumables such as nozzles, lenses, and cover parts.
Machine Installation and Training: On-site installation and operator training are provided at no charge, typically taking 8-13 days. The buyer is responsible for the technician’s round-trip airfare and local accommodations.
Lead Time: Depending on stock availability, the lead time is 15 to 30 days.
