Low vacumm level filling machine

Applications

This machine is widely used to fill non-gas liquid, such as wine, lequila, rice wine, soy sauce, vinegar and juice.

Characteristics:

• The filling machine could fill liquid with high speed, high precision and uniformity of wine level in bottle.
• The outer part of the machine is made by stainless steel.
• Low vacuum filling: avoid the foaming and leaking, and if there is defect in the bottles, filling will not be started.
• Could be equipped CIP cleaning connection device.
• Integrated filling level adjust system with scale display is installed on every filling valves.
• Any parts contact with filling liquid is made from 304 stainless steel.
• The bottle lift device, which is used to lift bottles to filling valves, is installed with spring-type protection to protect bottles with acceptable height tolerance.
• The filling heads are all installed with bottle guide covering structure. there is no need to change the covering structure when bottle mouth difference are between φ22-φ32.
• Height of the machine could be adjusted. All corollary and supporting equipment are easy to be set up and adjusted.
• Due to health and safety issues, limit switches are installed to stop the machine when the door of the machine is opened.
• If bottles are stuck in this machine, overload clutch protection device will be activated to shut down the machine to protect bottles and the machine.
