MAXGE AC SGC1-D/W Contactor is engineered for circuits with a rated voltage of up to 660V AC, operating at 50Hz or 60Hz, and supports a rated current of up to 620A. This versatile contactor is ideal for making, breaking, frequently starting, and controlling AC motors. When combined with auxiliary contact blocks, timer delays, and machine interlocking devices, it can function as a delay contactor, mechanical interlocking contactor, or star-delta starter. Additionally, it can be paired with a thermal relay to form an electromagnetic starter. Manufactured in compliance with IEC/EN60947-4, VDE0660, and BS5452 standards, this contactor plays a vital role in connecting and disconnecting lines, controlling large currents with small currents, and providing overload protection when used with thermal relays.
