Initially acquired for a substantial investment of ￥10,000,000, this machine faced challenges in meeting production requirements. To address this, Wise Welding Technology and Equipment Co. (WTEC), a subsidiary of CNEEC, has undertaken a comprehensive technical reform and improvement project. This initiative aims not only to restore the original functionalities of the equipment, such as anti-axial sliding, but also to implement a reliable narrow gap welding system. Equipped with a sophisticated laser sensor, the machine can track the welding line and height through oscillation, significantly enhancing automation in the welding process with its auto arrangement of welding bead feature.
