Production Flow:
1. Crushing and Pre-homogenizing: Key raw materials like limestone, clay, iron ores, and coal are crushed for pre-homogenization, with limestone playing a crucial role due to its large particle size and hardness.
2. Raw Meal Preparing: Critical for achieving high-quality products, the grinding process accounts for over 30% of labor in the line.
3. Raw Meal Homogenizing: This step is vital for stable clinker calcination.
4. Preheating and Decomposing: Enhances the efficiency of heat transfer, improving production efficiency and reducing heat consumption.
5. Clinker Calcining: Raw meal undergoes calcination in the rotary kiln, facilitating essential solid phase reactions.
6. Cement Grinding: The final step, where special size granule cement is produced, consumes significant electricity.
7. Cement Packaging: Cement can be packaged for bulk transport or in bags.
