The YK522P Two-Color Printing Machine is a high-class commercial offset press designed for producing high-quality printing pieces. Engineered with advanced technology, this machine features a unique arrangement of machine units, including one double-diameter cylinder and two single-diameter cylinders, ensuring seamless transitions during printing. The innovative turnover mechanism attached to the transition cylinder guarantees precise printing by gripping the end margin of the sheet.

Equipped with an intelligent touch screen control system, the YK522P allows for easy operation without stopping the machine. It achieves exact vertical and circular adjustments with a precision of 0.01mm, ensuring continuous and stable printing quality. The alcohol plate dampening system, featuring a motor driven by a separated dampening roller, enhances speed and ensures an evenly distributed solution film, minimizing dpi augmentation. An optional alcohol consistency auto-testing unit is also available.

This machine integrates a pneumatic control and transacting mechanism, enabling automatic functions such as inking, dampening, turnover adjustments, and plate changes. The structure is greatly simplified, reducing the machine’s size and main motor power, while improving the speed and reliability of the transacting mechanism. The super strong cast iron board and base design ensure durability and stability, complemented by high-precision skew gear transmission that operates with low noise and smoothness during printing. Other features include a continuous suction mechanism for paper feeding and an upper swing gyral paper delivery device, alongside an automatic lubricating system for enhanced operation.
