Oil Seeds Preparation Equipment – Bucket Elevator
Cooking oil is a daily necessity for diet and human health. The oil seed preparation process ensures seeds are cleaned and conditioned for mechanical pressing. This equipment is versatile, accommodating various seeds such as groundnut (peanut), palm nut, sesame, sunflower seeds, cotton seeds, soybean, canola, and maize germ. The preparation typically involves stages of cleaning, crushing/decorticating, flaking, and cooking before the seeds are fed into the press.
The key equipment in this process is the oil press/expeller. We offer a wide range of capacities from 50 tons per day to 300 tons per day for feedstock pre-press, and 5 tons per day to 150 tons per day for full press operations.
