Oil Seeds Preparation Equipment – Oil Press:
Cooking oil is an essential part of daily diets and human health. The oil seeds preparation process involves cleaning and preparing seeds to ensure they are suitable for mechanical pressing. This equipment can handle a variety of seeds including groundnut (peanut), palm nut, sesame, sunflower seeds, cotton seeds, soybean, canola, and maize germ. The preparation process typically includes cleaning, crushing, flaking, and cooking before the seeds are fed into the oil press.
The oil press/expeller is the centerpiece of this operation, and we offer a wide range of capacities from 50 tons per day (t/d) to 300 t/d for feedstock pre-pressing and from 5 t/d to 150 t/d for full pressing.
