Description

The CTB Spring Operating Mechanism is an advanced solution designed for medium voltage vacuum circuit breakers, specifically the ZW32-12 model, both for outdoor and indoor applications. This mechanism guarantees a lifespan of 18,000 cycles, exceeding the IEC standard requirement of 10,000 cycles, thanks to rigorous testing including lightning impulse, power frequency withstand voltage, and partial discharge testing. The CTB-S model features manual energy storage and manual closing/opening along with overcurrent protection, while the CTB-D model incorporates motor and manual energy storage, electromagnet closing/opening, and also offers overcurrent protection. With its robust design and superior functionality, the CTB Spring Operating Mechanism meets and exceeds the IEC62271-100 standards for medium voltage circuit breakers.
