Description

Paper Bowl Machine is an advanced automated solution designed for the efficient production of paper bowls. This machine utilizes Mitsubishi PLC control technology and features a user-friendly touch screen interface available in both Chinese and English. The system operates with an AirTAC cylinder to perform reciprocal motion, enabling automatic material feeding, counting, and bowl collection without the need for manual intervention. This innovative design significantly enhances production efficiency and reduces labor costs.

The machine boasts a dual mold installation, allowing it to open and close molds 15-25 times per minute, effectively doubling production output. It is compatible with raw materials ranging from 350-500g/m² and operates at a forming temperature between 120-250 degrees Celsius. The energy configuration requires clean and dry compressed air with a pressure range of 0.56 to 0.8 MPa, a gas flow rate of 1 m²/min, and has a total power consumption of 3.5 kW.
