Performance Testing Equipment is designed specifically for the performance evaluation of household air conditioner indoor units up to 3HP. This advanced test equipment features a sophisticated detection system that includes a computer host, which serves as the main control system. It efficiently manages up to 60 data acquisition systems, allowing for seamless testing processes.
The main control computer orchestrates the entire testing procedure, setting and managing test steps and processes, while communicating these to the detection stations via a network. Each test station responds to commands from the host, providing real-time feedback on test data. The system not only manages and monitors the testing of multiple units but also collects and preserves crucial performance data. Additionally, it reads product barcodes from safety performance test stations and interfaces with safety testers to ensure comprehensive data collection.
