PFQ Impact Crusher is an advanced vortex strong impact crusher engineered for high performance. Its smart structure allows for primary, secondary, and fine crushing of various materials with a compression strength of less than 250Mpa. The PFQ Impact Crusher is designed to enhance productivity with a discharge granularity of 25-50 mm (80-90%) and a processing capacity ranging from 46 to 670 tons per hour.

This innovative crusher features specially designed three crushing chambers that increase production capacity, accommodate larger feed sizes, and improve product shape. The optimally designed rotor delivers powerful rotational inertia and strong impact force, enhancing productivity and crushing ratio.

Additionally, the PFQ Impact Crusher is equipped with a specially designed anti-wear alloy C shape hammer, ensuring consistent impact face shape throughout the product lifecycle. Its modular liner and tooth impact plate design provide commonality and interchangeability, improving utilization and extending service life.

The hammer fitting structure enhances stability and facilitates easy dismounting, significantly boosting work efficiency. The discharging opening size is adjustable to meet specific product size and particle distribution requirements. A standard hydraulic lifting device is included for easy maintenance, with optional special tools for hammer replacement.
