The Pickling Line is a state-of-the-art system based on Baosteel’s advanced technology and production experience, designed for high-speed and high-efficiency processing of strip steel. This innovative solution ensures that the surface quality of the produced strip steel is exceptional, while also enhancing its mechanical properties. Baosteel Engineering offers a comprehensive range of services, including:

• General layout design of pickling lines
• Design of non-standard and ancillary equipment
• Design of auxiliary systems and accessories
• Equipment installation, commissioning, and production guidance

With a proven track record, Baosteel has successfully completed projects such as the newly-built pickling line with an output capacity of 750,000 tons at the Baosteel Branch, launched in 2001, and a carbon steel pickling line for cold-rolling stainless strip steel with an output capacity of 1,200,000 tons, initiated in 2007.
