Engineered for high efficiency, the Piercing Mill can accommodate a variety of billet specifications, with diameters ranging from 100 to 180mm and lengths between 1600 to 3800mm. It also supports hollow specifications, featuring an outer diameter of 110 to 195mm and thicknesses from 8 to 35mm, with lengths extending from 4000 to 8500mm.

• Rotary Guide Structure: The mill is designed with a rotary guide system that includes two guides. This innovative design allows for seamless switching between guides, reducing downtime during changes or repairs.
• Enhanced Rigidity: The guide frame employs a double locking mechanism featuring side wedge locking and upper press locking, which greatly increases rigidity, ensuring better pass closure and more efficient rolling.
