SJPL-G Plastic Tape Extrusion Stretching Line is specifically engineered for the production of high-quality PP and HDPE tapes, ensuring excellent performance and reliability. This state-of-the-art machine guarantees perfect tape quality while minimizing consumption, thus providing optimal economic benefits. It is versatile and suitable for various applications including woven sacks, chemical bags, food bags, cement bags, leno bags, jumbo bags, geo-textiles, tarpaulins, carpet backing tapes, and artificial grass tapes.

The line features a High Precision T-Die that utilizes CNC technology for simulating extrusion and one-off process molding, ensuring the highest quality of tape production. Additionally, its Intelligentized Control System allows for easy operation via a touch screen, with functionalities for data saving and fault alarms.

The Haul-Off System is designed with a stable flow device and water removal system to facilitate high-speed production. Coupled with a High-Speed Winder, which features inverter-controlled stable tension winding units, the line can achieve speeds of up to 550m/min, producing bobbins with equal tension and smooth surfaces. An optional Direct Connection Motor can further reduce maintenance needs and power consumption.
